Pre Cleaner having minimum three screens with double scalping and one grading operation. Sieve to separate chaff and other contaminants larger & smaller that seed size with double stage aspiration system to blow out light material & a setting chamber.

·        Capacity: 2 TPH (Based on wheat, at 12% moisture and 10% impurities).

Used for additional separation or up gradation of seeds, grain of various crops on length basis after size and sieve cleaning. Also used for removing weed seeds, broken or cut, round grains, material longer than the desired crop seed.
The indented cylinder is constructed to be part of a modular system, this means that a quantity of indented cylinder can be so arranged to satisfy all demands to capacities and plant layout.
