PRE CLEANER MACHINE

The pre-cleaner is first and foremost designed to master pre-cleaning jobs at modern intake plants

·        Furthermore it is also ideally suited to dress malting barley and milling grain to the highest quality commercial sample at a reduced throughout.

·        In standard construction, the pre cleaner machines are delivered with the following features.

·        The machine is fitted with inlet with feed roll.

·        The aspiration chamber is fitted with one waste auger.

·        The screen system consists of one sieve boat with 1 short scalping screen layer (1 screen part) and 2 long grading/sand screen layers (2 screen parts).

·        The machine has an integral fan, fixed speed drive, and motors.

·        The machine is of steel construction with sieve boat of laminated wood.

Seed grader contains three screens model suitable for cleaning & grading of various crop seeds i.e. Wheat, Paddy, Barley, Gram, Pulses, and Maize etc.

Complete with all standard features including the following:

•Capacity: 6TPH (Based on wheat, at 12% moisture and 10% impurities).

 •No. of screens : 3 ( Top, Middle and Bottom).

•Feed roller and hopper.

•01 set of screen of particular crop

•02 meter long air trunk with 01 Elbow.

•All M.S Sheets components will be made on CNC machine.

•Total HP of machine will be 6 HP (Make : Crompton/ Kirloskar/Havel’s or Equivalent ) 5 HP for blower 1 HP for Cradle.

•Screen perforation will be cleaned by rubber balls.

•Bearing made: NTN/SKF/NRB/DODGE/NBC or Equivalent Double Screening system that helps to grade the grains/ seeds twicely.

 Extra sand trap is given in the machine due to this rejection material is free from Sand / dust particles.

 •Rectangular Pipe: Tata Steel Heavy duty ISI mark. •Shaft: 70 mm, drawn shaft. All shafts are made of EN-8 & are mounted on pillow/flange type self aligned high quality ball bearings with built in casing.

This machine is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of all crops such as Cereal Seeds, Vegetable Seeds, Oil Seeds, Pulses, Forestry Seeds like Wheat, Paddy, Maize, Bajra, Peas, Urd, Moong, Gram, Soyabean, Sunflower, Mustard, Jawar, Barley and Coffee Seeds etc. It is also suitable for cleaning and grading of spices like Cardamom, Cumin and pepper.

• Robust machines of all steel construction.
• Feeding hopper is at low level with feed control gate.
• Sieves/Screen cleaning through rubber balls.
• All sieves are in GI Steel material.
• Fully enclosed changeable Sieves.

This grader does not need a feeding elevator as feed hopper is at low level. Seeds/Grains are fed into a low level feed hopper where they are sucked up by aspirator Fan. Before falling on top screen grains are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust etc. Material is passed through two/three sieves layer for separation according to width and thickness. Sieves are cleaned by specially designed rubber balls.
