�� Pulses Sorting Machine – Description

A Pulses Sorting Machine is an advanced agricultural machine used to automatically sort pulses (like lentils, chickpeas, mung beans, black gram, kidney beans, etc.) based on color, size, shape, and quality. It helps in removing defective grains, foreign materials, and impurities, ensuring only high-quality pulses are packaged and sold.

�� How It Works:

1. Feeding System: Pulses are fed into the machine through a hopper.

2. Vibration & Spreading: Pulses are evenly distributed over a chute or belt.

3. Optical Sorting: High-resolution cameras or sensors scan each pulse.

4. Air Ejection: Defective or discolored pulses are blown out using precise air jets.

5. Collection: Good and bad pulses are collected in separate bins.

·        No. of  fans – 07 ,mounted on single blower shaft with individual Air Flow Control

System.  All fans are dynamically balanced.

·        Surge hopper over Gravity (Material M.S/G.I used)

·        Electric Motor: 02 (10 HP for Blower fans and 2 HP for Gravity Deck. Make :

·         Crompton/ Kirloskar/Havel's or Equivalent)

·        Toolkit and other standard features.

·        Bearing made:  NTN/SKF/NRB/DODGE/NBC or Equivalent

·        Shaft: 45 mm, drawn shaft. All shafts are made of EN-8 & are mounted on pillow/flange type self aligned high quality ball bearings with built in casing.

·        Channel: Tata Steel, 5 inch.
