The machine is suitable for efficient cleaning of all cereal grains, melting barley, pulses, coffee seeds and pre cleaning of seeds of all crops. This machine will grade the material according to their size.

BUCKET ELEVATOR

Bucket elevators are designed to move flowing powders, seeds, pulses, cereals or bulk solids vertically. Bucket elevators use an endless belt or chain and have a series of buckets attached to it. Bulk material is spread in to an inlet hopper. Buckets dig into the material and convey it up and over the head sprocket/pulley and then throw the material out a discharge throat.

This machine is suitable for removing impurities and achieving very high grading quality in very free flow granual material grain seed, spices etc. This machine will clean the material according to their weight.

1.      Multi-Stage Cleaning Process:

2.      Vibrating Screens:

3.      Airflow System (Air-Screen):

o    The airflow system is responsible for blowing away lighter impurities like dust, chaff, or small particles, leaving only the heavier wheat kernels behind. This ensures thorough cleaning.

4.      De-Stoner:

o    A de-stoning mechanism, often integrated into the machine, helps to remove heavier contaminants like stones, soil, and other non-organic materials, which could damage milling equipment or affect the quality of the final product.

5.      Aspiration Channels:

o    These channels utilize controlled airflow to remove light impurities, such as broken or damaged wheat grains, husks, and other organic debris.

6.      Magnetic Separator:

o    Some wheat cleaning machines are equipped with a magnetic separator to remove metallic contaminants, ensuring that the wheat is free from any dangerous objects that could compromise food safety or milling equipment.

7.      Adjustable Settings:

o    The machine usually has adjustable settings for airflow, sieving, and vibration, allowing operators to tailor the cleaning process for different types of wheat or to meet specific quality standards.

Material is fed into a feed hopper where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and dropped through a controlled gate on the top sieve. Before falling on top screen, grain are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust etc. Material is then passed through screen for separation according to width and thickness. Final product and impurities are collected separately through discharge chutes.

AGRO ASIAN seed grader must be operated by a trained operator who has good mechanical aptitude, has been trained in operation and maintenance of the seed grader and has received training in the quality factors of the seeds or grains being cleaned & graded. The operator must be able to recognize the sound of a good running seed grader, to evaluate the quality of the graded material and to make adjustments immediately when required. He must be able to detect problems and carry out preventive maintenance before breakdown occurs. The operator must constantly supervise the machine during the time it is operating.
